 B.Tech Civil Engineering Course

Civil Engineering Course- B.Tech Civil Engineering Syllabus, Career, Eligibility, Admission Process, Scope and Job Opportunities.

What is B.Tech Civil Engineering?

B.Tech Civil Engineering is undoubtedly the ancient field of Engineering. It is related to the building something, maybe when someone felt to place a roof over the head is the first time when it was started. There are five phases involved plan, design, construct, maintain and supervise the infrastructures; that are required for modern civilization, like bridges, highways, tunnels, hospitals, malls, roads, and many more.

By B.Tech Civil Engineering, the first thing that comes to our mind is the bridges and the buildings mean all the big constructions because these are the most noticeable establishment of Structural Engineering. Whereas, the roads, railroads, highways come in another category of Civil Engineering i.e. Transport Engineering.

Another less noticeable construction performed by Civil Engineers like when we open our water tap we always expect water to come out; it is because of the sewage system which is designed by the Civil Engineers. There are some more examples where we do not generally think Civil Engineering is involved are ships building, designing Jetliners and in the automotive industry, and many more industries where construction works are involved.

This is the most amazing field of Engineering, as the results of work are visible at the end of the day whether it is a hydroelectric dam, a high-rise building, or a bridge.
